~ehwhatcanyoudo:The techs and agents, I have found to be fairly consistently very nice and knowledgeable and not like slow torture to talk with like some resellers (DSLextreme, the WORST)*I have to say though that technically, they are a mess. I am still having intermittent connectivity, congestion, loss, etc. etc. I believ it is simply the **** aging Los Angeles infrastructure, and how they prioritized fiber and negelected all the aging copper. Oh well, they go where the money is, like most would I guess, can't really blame 'em I mean it is what it is a huge corporation. But that is not what I am reviewing, yes they are huge and heartless no duh. But, they have happened to hire some decent techs and train them not too shabbily from my experiences, but I understand that some have not been so lucky! I hope you get the good ones, good luck. I might switch to cable though, we will see.
