The call back called me "valued customer" in a weird phrasing but when I repeatedly pushed one it refused to recognize it and then told me my time was up and hung up on me... so I had to restart the whole chain of actions again* menu maze, putting in my phone account number repeatedly during the same call, etc. When Are They Not "Experiencing a high volume of calls"? They need to use some of their high profits to hire help and give us some higher level of service!
