GetHuman-163144：had to wait for a call back took ** mins...then when a representative came on asked me the same info that I had already answered with the auto system...needed one questioned answered that I didn't understand on the benefit fax...and still wouldn't answer for me...I asked to speak to a supervisor and got an ast supervisor...after going back and forth after ** mins of him provoking an argument I finally told him this all could of been prevented if the first rep would of answered by question instead of you keep telling me to go to the website or the auto system...THEY really work for their pay...HUH !!!
