~920：I received my dental cards on the middle of March. We sign up in December ****, coverage started in January ****. Then, to top it off I tried to log in and create an account and says my id number is wrong. When I call them they said my husband birthdate was wrong but I could log in with my birthdate. Nope it still does not work and when I call again, the computer says that number does not exist. I have call several times and still no help.*Horrible I work for a big company. I prefer to pay extra and not deal with this issues. I will cancel my account with United Concordia. This is ridiculous. Especially after all those awful reviews. Just made up my mind.
