~Dave:Dave,*My problem is with management, not the employees who are trying to deal with passenger problems. I was not able to get contact information for a manager..because the employees handling customer issues do not have that information or are not allowed to give it out. *UA has a policy whereby no employee can be held accountable for what they say to the public about flights. Rule **. We were told by the captain our flight was delayed because of mechanical reasons. *After setting at the gate( never pushed back) for *hours the flight was cancelled and the official word from UA is weather. I will keep trying until I can have a discussion with someone who is accountable for their actions.
