~Frequent Flyer:The worst customer service ever. After they lost my luggage and being told * times "it's on the next flight" I was told I'd receive a voucher but I'd have to call back once my luggage was in my possession. ** hours later I get my luggage but I was on business so I called back once I was home. After a long wait I was asked to hold and the operator who doesn't speak English never returned. I simply put my phone down and waited for ** additional minutes before hanging up. I'm ***% sure that this is their strategy but at this point it's not worth my time. However they just lost a corporate account because my entire company flew with United until yesterday. Once I have time my next step is filing a formal compliant.
