~Gigster:Refused to post accurate review because my stay was just more than a year ago. Of course, I didn't know Marriott's La Concha "resort" in Puerto Rico had charged me two rooms which we did not stay for. We left after one night with the promise we would not be charged because the place was like "Spring Break." Marriott refused to refund all of my money until I fought with them for a month. There should be exceptions to their rigid and arbitrary policy if they truly want to help the people who use their site. Nothing I wrote violated any of their rules. I should have written my post before giving Marriott a chance to fix things as my delay caused TA to take down my post. So unfair.
