~eddy：pathetic, my son is in the military and his graduation was moved up one week. could not afford the $***.** flight change so i called to see if they could wave the fee the answer was no and could not reach somebody in the us who would have a little sympathy about someone serving there country. Called the airline directly and they would have absolutely done it without any questions but unfortunatley seeing as i booked with this unprofessional third party company it was out of there hands. To say the least i will never book with these idiots again i will make sure everyone i know will do the same.
