I had booked a hotel on New York City for one night while on a business trip. I booked the hotel over the phone just before boarding the plane. Once we had arrived at the hotel they had no reservation for us. We called travelocity and it took ** minutes for someone to answer the phone, and when we told them of our problem they asked to put us on hold and hung up! We had * phones going trying to resolve the problem and we spoke to a girl named Jennifer who was super rude and told us we could not get a refund and wanted us to book another room with the hotel. We were told our money would be refunded to my credit card within * to ** days, at this time we haven't received the refund! When booking the rom they gave us a confirmation number and a trouble number. Should have raised a flag when they gave me a trouble number. Do yourself a favor and keep from h
