She could not understand me, & didn't understand my phone number, and I had to ask her to repeat and repeat. The problem is a false message the first time I dial any number that I hang up on, & redial. It says "Your account has a ZERO balance. You'll need to expunge your account by pushing Pound Pay ***-*. Took an hour* out of my day. Tracfone is a RIPOFF!
