GetHuman-abbersd:Received the "PROMOTIONAL RATE IS EXPIRING BUT YOUR SAVINGS WILL CONTINUE" letter. Interestingly, I didn't realize my first year of service with TWC was even a promotion. Spent some time with a customer service representative who explained to me in order for me to keep my bill the same, I would have to downgrade from Extreme internet to Standard. Essentially paying the same for less. Also why am I paying a $* wireless internet service charge on top of the monthly bill? Is that not what my monthly bill includes, wireless internet service? Very absurd. I will be expressing my dissatisfaction across social media and the web. I will be canceling my service if this is not resolved.
