~A1Senpai :I spoke to nicole a supervisor and Dave during my last call wich was * minutes ago & before them i spoke to * other one in spanish. I had to place my other *-* times because apparently no one completed my order the right way so with every call i had to pick a plan and do it all over again then on my installation day i see no one is here at the time of appointment when i call it appears that my order was never placed again...prior to all this i had their service in my apartment installation was also late and untimely. To make everything worse the installation in my apartment was horrible they left holes in my wall uncovered giving an opening for roaches and insects to pour in plus cables dangling blocking my door from opening completely. .. i must say it is by far the worse installation, customer service and they dont honor their appointments like they should
