~crazybanana0402:I don't normally write reviews, but this event got me. I looked all over My T-Mobile trying to find a place to View My Bill, but was unable to find one. I called Customer Service and asked if I could get a receipt mailed to me for the past * months' bills. The representative told me that was not possible for a contract account and the only bill they send is via text message. The office I work in only uses an old Nokia, non-smart phone, in which I am not even able to take pictures, let alone screen shot anything. The Rep told me that I could talk to my bank, but even though I had an account with My T-Mobile that I would not be able to view my bill through email. Such a disappointment of a major phone company to not have the capabilities that other phone companies have and actually help their customers, especially those working for non-profit organizations who cannot afford high-tech phones or better service plans. I will NEVER use T-Mobile for my personal phone services.
