GetHuman-139747:I had a terrible experience and once I finally get in touch with someone I will close out my businesses accounts with GE capital. For an hour I was frustrated by a stupid automated machine, and then I decided to be quiet when It tells you to say what you are calling for, with hopes of being transferred to a live agent for assistance and to my surprise the automated machine comes up saying I have successfully closed your account. I am so unhappy and frustrated with this customer service It is the absolute Worst ever.
