~Dennis:Third time I called about their so-called "unlimited" international long distance. Month ago was told they opened a work order and gave me a ticket number. Today they claim there is nothing wrong. I can't call my son amd daughter overseas without buying an additional $** card although I have an unllimited intl long distance plan. They say its only good for **** "destiinations". How am I to know which destinations when they simply provide a list of countries served? Last year they hit my card for auto-fill an extra $*** but I didn't get a refund until March, almost * months later. Customer service is nothing but a runaround, put on hold and told a *** times the "program is still loading" while I waste my minutes and time!
