So far the third world customer service of StraightTalk has deactivated my Sprint Phone, failed to transfer my old number to the new phone, activated my new phone to a new number in error, and then deactivated it while trying to fix it. Now on day five of these clowns lying to me and transferring me to their equally confused buddies. Now I might be waiting on a new SIM card, or not, depending on whether the latest clueless wonder understood my problem or was just brushing me off like all the others before them. So far I'm out $** bucks for two dead phones and no service in sight.
