GetHuman-378623:The customer service is terrible. I was without service for over * weeks due to the company sending out an incorrect SIM card. The representative refused to send one out overnight even though the company made an error I was told I needed to be patient. I am sorry over * weeks is beyond patient. I will not continue to give my business to a company that does not value the customer at all!
