GetHuman-218654：First I went on straight talk web site to see if my phone was compatible for the bring your own phone program and it was. So I purchase the bring your own phone package. I didn't know I couldn't get internet service . I called straight talk * times on this issue and all * people told me * different technical ways to resolve the problem . I'm still not on the internet. Since every thing they told me didn't work. They implied my phone was lock. Wow!!! So I contact the seller and they told me it wasn't lock. I knew it wasn't lock but. The seller did tell me that I needed a *G SIM card not the card that came with the bring your own phone package. I lost money on this . Straight talk is giving false information for this package. Refunds need to be given.
