GetHuman-246314：Am very pissed off with your service I have been trying to return my phone so i can get a replacement cell but cant get the paper work to print up. The sound on my phone is out I just got the phone in Oct. I have call twice in a weeks time nither of the people i talked with understood me or me them. I think that i should beable to take the phone to walmart cell phone store and have them give me a new phone and they can mess with returning the dam thing.This is not good business.
