~really!:I have been waiting for someone from upper management to call me back for * weeks. Every time I call Sprint they tell me my complaint was escalated and it will be * to * days before someone returns my call. They don't have a problem calling me for the payment tho. My phone is horrible, Sprint knows this and they won't replace it with a new one because they don't sell the phone anymore because it is so bad. Their idea of a fix is for me to pay $*** to upgrade early. Still sitting on hold waiting to speak with a supervisor!
