~Lee@afruitphone:I work for a big phone company in customer service and sales support. I was trying to contact Sprint for our mutual customer with a upgrade eligibility issue, the call advisor with Sprint was not helpful, when I was prompted to contact my own service team I let her know a second time I was that team, she then suggested contacting "national sales support" which I asked to be connected to, she could not do this, so I asked for the number, she could not provide it either, when I asked for her supervior or manager to get that number she disconnected without giving a minimal good bye. VERY rude, and since I offer support I would expect I am beyond disappointed and I must say I will never consider Sprint as a carrier.
