GetHuman-53750:Sprint gave me misinformation about adding a new iphone * and switching the lines once my contract was up. When it came time to call in and do what the in-store rep told me, they gave me all kinds of pushback. I spent over a month of calling in with no success. I called this number today, and the rep was the best I had ever spoken with. Unfortunately, he read through the notes and the best he could do is offer suggestions of putting it on standby or transfering it to someone else. He ended up getting back over to account services and I received tons of pushback, but finially she spoke with her manager and she honored what the sprint rep in-store told me. I may have gotten lucky, but if sprint made their "customer care line" the only customer service, their customers would be much happier. This is the only positive experience I can think of when it comes to dealing with sprint. Thank you Get Human, and thank you Sprint Corporate Care.
