We were held waiting for the technician and then for them to "look into the problem" for over ** minutes. A call back would have been the correct method to handle this lengthy wait while technician, Tiffany "looked into the problem". **During that time there must have been a change made, but never admitted to - because before, on all phones, we were NOT roaming and had perfect service (* to * bars) ******* After we hung up with her, ONE bar strength and it suddenly was ROAMING. **This morning we have NO SERVICE. This is totally unacceptable.*We were total that the coverage area has been changeda and we are no longer covered. WITH NO NOTICE??? Just * miles up the road has coverage...who decided to discontinue to the LARGEST UPSCALE housing development in the entire area??? STUPID decision...**Having cell phone service isn't a matter of just "oh isn't that nice to have a cell phone"*******this is our onl
