I understand you'll have issues here and there regardless of the carrier but this has been an ongoing issue since day one . The customer care representatives don't so speak a lick of English and aren't very knowledgable . This on edge makes sprint look horrible and I will be publicly notifying customers on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA . Including the voice recorded calls . I'll see you in court Sprint.
