~bilbo0316：I cancelled my service on Sep. ** due to switching companies. Sprint is billing me for the entire month of October because apparently T-Mobile initiated the cancellation even though I personally called the next day to be sure my service was cancelled. Sprint's billing system is so messed up! I am being told that they can't do anything about it therefore I should just pay for the entire month. How terrible is that!!! I will never go to back to Sprint.
