Go to store, we did *-*x, call customer care (we did *-*x), do this (change of ownership), return phones and get talked into keeping it without fully explaining to a family friend the actual costs (not free) and get this ALL DONE ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ME THERE BUT I AM LIABLE!!!! HORRIBLE THAT IT CAN HAPPEN. WHAT ABOUT A PPHONE CALL TO ME AND ASK ME TO CONFIRM IF OK TO ADD TO MY ACCOUNT? PERSON HAD DIFFERENT LAST NAME AND ADDRESS. HORRIBLE!!!@!
