And all of a sudden the call is disconnected and hangs up. It makes me think that she put me on hold on purpose. When I call back I'm at square one, still trying to g find out why I have to pay so much for a phone since I am so you say a valued customer. But when I call back I'm told it's no one I can talk to about a cheaper payment for a phone. I would have thought that you had a better customer service policy than that.
