FIRST OFF, I HAPPENED TO RUN LATE BY ** MINS AND IN BETWEEN I FIGURED I WOULD CALL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW I WAS RUNNING LATE...EXCEPT, THE NUMBER I HAD SENT ME TO AN AUTOMATED MESSAGING SYSTEM WITH NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE TECH. SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPOKE WITH * INCOMPETENT REPRESENTATIVES.. I ASKED THEM WHY THESE TECHS CAN'T WAIT ** MINS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ONE REPRESENTATIVE SAID THEY "OVERBOOK" THEIR CUSTOMERS. I DONT GET IT? IF I SCHEDULED YOU TO COME OUT HERE, THEN RESPECTIVELY, THAT IS MY TIME YOU ARE "OVERBOOKING"..... PER THEIR "EARLIEST CONVENIENCE" I NOW HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER ** DAYS FOR THEM TO COME BACK. ABSOLUTELY **** AWFUL BUSINESS. VERY VERY UNHAPPY AND ANGRY WITH SO CAL GAS. WISH I COULD TURN ELSEWHERE TO ANOTHER PROVIDER UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO OTHER PROVIDER IN MY AREA..
