~Sharkfan:Last call *min wait Sunday afternoon* Jeremey did a GREAT job* helped me disassemble and find the hidden blockage totally resolving my problem and sending me a free filter! My first call was mid-saturday and a **min wait while I started a chat & rep said she could help w* item bought at Costco so I hung up phone...then it turns out she can only tell you warranty lengthy and you have to call number to get help for anything not bought on line! It says that in fine print on web page but Julie didn't realize that or tell me from the start and the chat window that should popup with that at the start did not. Got me frustrated.
