~JP:Tried to return a product sold through sears.com by a marketplace provider. I understand what this means. Product didn't fit. Needed to return. Went to provided return link. Said it was to be covered under the Sears.Com return policy, which said I could return it to any full line Sears store. Store manager acted like he was doing me a personal favor at a loss to the store to take the item back, then didn't want to refund shipping! No satisfaction yet. Still trying to go through Sears. Com for resolution, but it's the weekend and I can't get support.
