GetHuman-364635：Money was took out of my account that was not even total of my purchase I called to dispute this and got a man named randy (supervisor) after asking to speak to a supervisor...he was rude and very disrespectful as he took my call on speaker phone in a conference room with multiple people in background and once I got tired of being laughed at in the background I finally hung up an reported to my bank about the fraud charges....I will do all I can to keep my friends an family from using sears.com and I will also fight my way thru the fraud changes and get my $**** back for products I don't even know about...horrible business
