Hang up if you hear an accent, all they know how to do is repeat, place on hold and tell you they can't help you but will schedule a call with someone who can. Called to inquire about a refund owed to us after a scheduled maintenance ordered one part too many... HOLY COW, amazing how quick Sears is to take you money but when it comes to getting a refund, they will bounce your call to the moon and back before you get an answer or a refund. This number however, although it did go to a US representative was still unable to help. Referred us to yet ANOTHER *** number... Here we go again. NEVER using or buying SEARS again..
