~jackd:I have only had bad experiences with Samsung "support". I have a Samsung TV and had issues because it was sold as having the ability to stream video, but it didn't have such and the people at Samsung agreed it didn't although it was part of their specs.**Now I have a Note * cellular phone but KIES which is supposed to sync with Outlook doesn't sync and it is unbelievably slow as well.**If it isn't the incredibly long waiting on hold, my complaint would be that after waiting an average of ** minutes each time I call (or upto ** minutes), or after waiting on hold having my call disconnected without being spoken to... Its all bad when it comes to support "services" at Samsung. And no, I don't care that they apologize for the long wait times. Fix it or hopefully this information will deter others from buying Samsung Products.**I vow never to buy another Samsung product again.
