~allsecure:Called main *** number which was answered immediately. Very cordial phone rep got all necessary info for replacement under warranty in only a few minutes. Very pleased. I do have to mail in receipt info, then wait for a power cord and then possibly return entire shaver for ultimate replacement if the power cord is not the problem. Would be nice to come up with a customer test to see if the power cord is defective to eliminate wait time. Thanks.
