~NatalieJP:Wow. They did the same exact thing to me. The specific charge was $**.**. They claimed I kept * movies for ** days. I went off & asked why in the world would i return the movies knowing full well I would be paying full price for them. But since they can do what they please apparently, they promised to return ... what*...$**. Kinda strange, huh? Also mentioned that i saw the above review stating the same thing happened. I'm still going to call Visa. They can't keep ripping people off. I'm disab*e and in heart failure. I get a limited amount of $ from disability yet have to pay full price for my meds. Due to this charge, I couldn't afford all of my meds. They should be ashamed. I'm trusting God. He is my source!
