Anyway, * days ago I visited REI to buy the necessary supplies for my trip to South Africa and spend about $***. A few days later (maybe *), I got a coupon in the mail for **% off one, regular priced item, that members could take advantage of. I went back to the store to get an adjustment and was told that they don't do price adjustments because of coupons! Seriously, even though I purchased the item only * days earlier? CHRIS (at the Olympia, WA location) was very negative with an attitude, and his tone was unacceptable! Only after I said that I will then return the item and buy it again, he said he would make an exception this one time! Unbelievable!
