I entered "*", as if I was a new customer trying to buy something, and they still never answered the phone. Now the problem... I bought a part and never received it. The problem is that there is NO WAY TO REACH THEM! They took my money, but never gave me any product or customer service. TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A "LEGITIMATE COMPANY" SCAM!!! From my experience and many others: They will either never send you the part, or they send the wrong part, claim it was your fault or a typo, and then make you pay for shipping and a **% restock fee!!! I called American Express and they said they had one of the highest cancellation requests of ANY COMPANY - know scams included!
