I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS EVER SINCE YOU TOOK OVER AND HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE SITUATION. I MY INSURANCE COMPANY OFFER SOMEONE ELSE I WOULD GO THERE BUT THEY DON'T SO THERE YOU HAVE THE REASON THAT YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS THEY ARE LOCKED IN AND YOU CAN TREAT THEM ANYWAY YOU LIKE.
