Then she asked for my card number * times and all three times repeated it back wrong. I asked for supervisor and got put on hold until I had to tell her that I needed to call back. Then next time, I got someone more competent but they could not help me with the fact that another customer had hooked up their account to my gmail account. Could not do a single thing for me! She told me to write back the e-mail that sent it saying I was not the account holder? Their security seems a little lax!
