~RUjoking:I waited ** minutes in cue for what I thought was to be help only to find if I needed help it was not to be found at Customer service or tech support. This company should be ashamed at the system they call customer support. After all they are in the business of selling voice recognition to major companies with the angle that it will save them money in customer service call. What they fail to say is their approach will only succeed in alienating customers not solving their issues and needs. I guess if your focus is cost savings after sale ignoring customer inquiries, issues, and complaints is technically a cost saving while loosing a customer and ultimately more customers who read about unhappy experiences on line.
