~Alyssak:i am extremely upset with this cruise line, i was supposed to take a trip to Puerto Rico, St Maarten St THomas and Tortola in just a few days, leaving January *nd for a ** day inclusive cruise. I went to make my last payment about a week ago, completely payed off my ticket as well as my friends and boyfriends for them to tell me AFTERWARDS that they DID NOT HAVE A ROOM RESERVED FOR ANY OF US. they then proceeded to tell us that we needed an additional $*** PER PERSON to put on credit on this ship only * weeks before we leave!! (what do we need that much money for anyway, ITS ALL INCLUSIVE!) or we couldnt board. on top of that they also told us we were no longer stopping in Tortola for an unannounced reason. This was a christmas present to my boyfriend and i from our families and YOU RUINED OUR CHRISTMAS!!! i am unbelievably upset and wish they would do something for us for all the stress and anguish they have put us through. We both now will also lose out on ** days worth of pay from w
