~Madd Duck:My phone locks up and have to do soft reset a couple of times per day taking up to * to * soft resets about ** min....when I called Nokia Support they said that they have not ever heard of this locking up happening. There are many blogs about this very issue on the internet and I find that my issue of locking up has not been reported before. I cannot be the only customer having this issue. AT&T said they could not help me that they do not know what to do. Nokia is now stating that they have never had this locking up issue reported. I am very frustrated with the Nokia Product. I have had good experiences in the past with Nokia product but I am beginning to wonder about my Nokia *** Lumia phone. *Signed:*Not a Happy Camper.....I'm just saying
