Again the set was taken to the same place and they loaded the software. Even though it was working in same condition, the power key became stiff. It was taken to the same care center the third time and they indicated that the power key is defective. I told them that I want to travel and the mobile is needed urgently. I was asked to wait for an hour. Even after * hours the set was not set right and I was given an indifferent reply by the people concerned.* *After having expended an amount of Rs **,*** plus, I never could use the set properly as it was many times malfunctioning.
