~Nedra:Good communication didn't lead to the desired result THREE TIMES. The computer site refused to accept a two week suspension. It picked a random date. I didn't think I confirmed on the computer. A representative took the correct date, but somehow the wrong one was still in the system. No Sat*Sun paper. I was assured I would receive both papers the following day. I only got the Sunday paper and then no paper on Monday. Very frustrating.
