It seems funny * of them ask how many times had I called. The *rd person I called he took my phone * and email in case we got disconnected and yes after ** minutes on the phone we got disconnected and I never got called back nor did I get an email. All foreign speaking people I could not understand them. I think its to discourage us so we'll give up!!! I'm turning it over to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest you do the same. Terrible business ethics!
