~Chris Trainor：Once I got a person, they were helpful. HOWEVER, trying to get that person was a nightmare. Their phone service recordings send me on the goosechase of the century. It was TOTALLY unhelpful and extremely aggravating. Whoever runs Nelnet needs to be dragged out into the street and shot. The ONLY way I was able to get a hold of a REAL person was from this review system. another person who wrote a review suggested typing in "*" for your account number. You have to do this * times, and then it forwards you to a live person. When I finally got someone, I asked the person what their direct number was in case I got disconnected, they would said only the *** number that they provide, but then they would never tell me the "path" to get there.
