~unsatisfied：I tried * times one day to call this company. Never could get a live person to talk to the prompts just sent me in circles and back to where I started so i would hang up and try again. I then decided to email * times and NEVER got the response to my question!!! Service is absolutely the WORST!! And to top is off I have no choice of dealing with this company as they bought my loan from someone else. This is the *th company I have been sold to in order to pay off my student loan and they are the WORST ever!!!!!!!!!!
