~ktlady42:couldn't get straight answers from the Rep. I asked several times for David (Rep) to explain my bill amount and he couldn't, so I asked for his supervisor or someone who could give me straight answers. He put me on hold then the phone hung up. I called the next number I had and got Issac. Gave my social again and asked for a supervisor, I was then transferred to someone else who ask for my info again. I asked for a supervisor then the phone hung up on me. Never got the problem solved. Gotta contact the BBB on this. All the monies I've paid over the last year are not being recorded cause my balance isn't changing or going down at all.
