~MW：I was overcharged for a rental made at DSM airport. I tried on * occasions to resolve the issue and receive the proper refund: once via email thru nationalcar.com* once by calling a different toll-free number* twice by calling the rental counter at the airport directly. All * attempts resulted in NO action being taken (even though I was assured twice that it would be resolved). The woman who assisted me at this toll free number (*-***-***-****) was diligent, smart and responsive. I was able to provide her all of the necessary information regarding my issue (i.e rental agreement numbers, dates of charges, amounts of charges). Within ** minutes of our conversation ending, I was issued the appropriate credit. Very glad to have this resolved... even though it took over a month to do so.
