I sent it back only to have it returned to me with no explanation or note in the box. When I called to. I plain they said I would be hearing from them soon. This was in Sept ****. I heard nothing from Michael Kors until I received three emails on March *th and **th. Each indicating that I would be issued three gift cards in the amounts of $**, $*** and $**. When I only received one for $** and not the others I waited a month. I called today. The customer service representative, Equile as well as the supervisor, Tephjer indicated that I wasn't getting the other two. They said I wasn't entitled to more than $**. What a terrible response from a multimillion dollar company to a long time customer. Never again will I buy a Michael Kors product! Ugh.
